BLUE COLLAR ELECTRICIANS

My estimate was performed by Jacob, who was able to see me a couple days earlier than expected. I thought it was very kind that Blue Collar included a Veteran discount in my estimate. I didn't say that I was a Veteran, but Jacob picked that up from my plates and basement decor, I imagine. The price was almost exactly what I expected it to be; actually $34 less than the number I had in my head for what I wanted to spend. I accepted the estimate on the spot and was contacted for initial payment and scheduling the next day. I paid all fees up front and the work was scheduled for four days later. On the day of the job, Jacob and another electrician John walked through the job with me and asked for my light choices and desired positions of lights. I guess I should probably note that I had recessed LED wafer lights installed in my finished basement, which had no central lighting. I also had them rewire a light that I had tried to replace with a wafer light, only to find out whoever wired my house in the 70's was pretty shady. Other than the job, Jacob detected some safety hazards or code violations that I should consider fixing. I absolutely plan to have my electrical panel replaced in the spring and I wouldn't hesitate to use this business again. These folks come highly recommended by me and I told my coworkers about them. Not to pick on other local companies, but Strebb wouldn't even call me back after I left messages and emails. Blue Collar picked up the phone and had my electrical work done within a week.

Incredibly amazing level of customer service- so hard to find in this day and age!!! Don't even hesitate to call this company. Honest, professional, courteous, knowledgeable- no need to keep surfing, you will not be disappointed!

I needed to replace my Electrical Panel and I hired Blue Collar Electricians and could not be happier with the professionalism one would expect, but often doesn't get anymore. This time it did.nnLittle things like someone on the other end of a phone call instead of a machine, text reminders of appointments, text that worker(Jacob) is on his way too my location and arrived on time. Worker wore a mask and booties and put runners down to protect flooring and carpeting from dirt without being asked to do this. Jacob was very detailed, made sure he was doing exactly what I wanted before he started and did a neat installation of my Electrical Panel the way I would have done it if I had the skill. Dennis also showed up to assist and was also very personable and willing to talk and answer my questions. They WILL get my my business in the future as well as my recommendation to those searching for one.
