I get there and first of all can't even understand the lady talking on the speaker at drivethru. It wasn't English whatever it was. Waited 15 minutes for food. Asked 3 times for one sauce and still never got it in the bag. The fries were cold and old as well as my chicken nuggets. All that waiting and it wasn't even fresh. Pathetic!! You would think that being in Swanton may make this mcdonalds a notch higher, but it's not. So disappointed. Should've went to Toledo this time
Came through in the morning and waited in the drive through during open hours and they just refused to say anything over the pa for me and the customer in the other drive through not even a sorry we can't serve anything right now. You work there to make the company money if you refuse to do so you should be terminated.
