I'm not sure I can accurately describe how bad this place is. Land pirates? Scammers? They will take advantage of you if at all possible. They will hold your vehicle hostage. If you even question why they charged you almost a thousand dollars for nothing, only to have to tow your vehicle away after paying because your car still doesn't work, they will threaten you. They will lie to you over the phone even though it goes against policy posted in their building. Do not let your car get towed to this place. I have never in all my years dealt with a more dishonest company. I have reported them to the Kentucky attorney General for business malpractice and the BBB so that others might not be entrapped by their schemes. You have been warned.

What a great group of guys. I had a brake failure on my trailer and the crew at hometown came in on a Saturday morning just to take care of it for me. Highly recommend and very good value.

I called on a Saturday morning needing a tire replaced they said come on in we are here till noon i went there 20 minutes later and I was in and out within 10 minutes with a new tire. They also checked the other ones for me. They are absolutely awesome at customer service! Thank you!

They came to our rescue at 9pm. Our BMW got stranded on the side of the road and they picked us up, put us in a hotel for the night. They fixed up our car the next day and the owner was incredibly knowledgeable!! We were on the road by 4pm. We made it to Gulf Shores, AL with no issues! Car is still running like a dream! Highly recommend!!

My van broke down while we were headed back to utah from our family vacation. Hometown auto was the closest shop so we called them on Friday night (they advertise 24 hour towing) they wasn't able to tow us to the shop until Sunday afternoon, even with us only being 5 miles away. We walked to a local hotel while we were waiting. Ended up staying 3 days then just flew back to utah. As soon as we got home they called and said they couldn't fix it and charged $800 for labor. We arranged to get it shipped back to utah the next day but the shipper showed up and couldn't get it on his truck because the van has a wheelchair ramp underneath. The owner called and said he's charging 50 dollars per day it's there. So I decided to take my truck and go pick it up with a trailer. The owner was surprised to see me again and said I owed him $150 for the 3 days it was there I went to the office to pay it and saw a sign that said $35 per day after 4 days of sitting. I asked about it and the crooked owner said it's an outdated sign and insisted I pay it before he would give me the keys. The entire staff was very rude when answering any questions. ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, YOULL SAVE TIME AND MONEY GOING ELSEWHERE!
