What happened to Carasboutique?!?! Haven’t been there since January of 2020, such a bore, I felt like I was in Walmart! Visually looked so cheap, what’s with the pre teen clothing? So disappointed, Mary asked if I needed assistance and was so pushy I had to leave. Definitely told all my friends who used to shop there not to waste their time.

Called yesterday asking for a specific bracelet. I was told they would put it on hold until today when I came to buy it. I offered to pay over the phone but she assured me it would be held. I come in today to be told “there was a little hiccup and your piece was sold in our online store” when I asked even though it was being held she said “well it wasn’t paid for”. Here’s a thought Cara don’t have your staff assure someone they don’t need to pay for it over the phone to make sure the piece is there when I drive 30 minutes to come get it or tell the customer they can purchase on an online store. Never will I shop here again and I have bought several items from this boutique over the years. Happy Holidays to you as well!

Terrible service! I was standing there and nobody come say hi or ask me anything but that’s feel ok. But the lady next to me shopping as well and the person who working there chose to ask the lady next to me and chose to ignored me afterwards. Literally everything average nothing too special or look special as other boutique I been to and my fav boutique that in westlake. So disappointed to go into this place. Very ignorant.
