I had a horrible experience....my son needed fitted for his first communion. Nobody in the store knew what was going on..I was told I could order a colored Oxford shirt which I know for a FACT ID UNTRUE!! Just terribly disappointed I will not be returning here ever....FYI If your employees doing something that they are new at they should not tell the customer that it is their 1st time it's very concerning.
David was extremely helpful and professional, I needed a suit for a funeral on short notice and he made the entire process easy and stress-free.

Well I just walked into Joseph A Bank for a minor job of getting my suit tailored. I was coming from work so my clothes were a little dirty but I walked in and spoke to someone. Immediately, they seemed to not take interest in me or my request, stating I had to get my suit dry cleaned before they would tailor it. Now, I have been to this place before and haven’t had this issue, have gotten my suit tailor, and been to other tailors in the past. Never have I heard of such a thing. They will crinkle it up anyways when they tailor it so what is the point. You see a guy with glasses and brown hair in there, just leave. He doesn’t want to help you
