I went to Honor Yoga of westlake and really felt comfortable, The class was challenging and I give the instructor a gold star!nMims Goza
From the calm, serene atmosphere when walking in, to the Roots Yoga class led by a quality instructor, the whole experience was top-notch. When I arrived, the lights were dimmed and remote control candles were lit throughout the studio. The studio was clean and organized. The instructor was well-prepared and led a great beginner session. After my session, I enjoyed a warm cup of Chai tea, which was complementary! A day after my class, I received a phone call from the owner in regards to my visit. The quality of service to their patrons at Honor Yoga is phenomenal! Honor Yoga provides an experience (not just a yoga class) and I'm looking forward to many more visits in the near future.
Such a clean, inviting space. Absolutely love that they are sustainable and the owner is very sweet! I had a few great practices and I can't wait to go again! Also love that they have a tea area for after class.
I have taken 2 aerial yoga classes so far and they exceeded my expectations - beautiful spaces and knowledgeable instructors. The studio is so inviting, the owners are helpful and friendly!
I took an HonorBarre class this past Sunday and it was such a great experience. I used to do yoga when I was super young (I'm talking like 10-15) and I forgot how therapeutic and healing it can feel. Alyssa, my instructor, is so knowledgeable and talented at her craft. She pushed us but in a gentle and encouraging way. A great mix of yoga, Pilates, and barre. I'll be honest, I struggled at some points (because I am just so out of shape and haven't prioritized myself very well) but nobody was judgmental. As a matter of fact, I felt very safe and understood. The rest of the day I felt so energized and focused. I actually worked right after my class and I was so productive! I sold like 5 memberships that day! lol
