If it were possible, I would give Ruth and Sew Neau 10 stars. Not only did Ruth do a terrific job in making alterations to my jumpsuit, she helped me decide which color shoes and necklace would compliment my outfit, by providing reasons for her suggestions. I thoroughly enjoyed the fitting sessions, as Ruth has a wonderful personality and shared a few very funny experiences she had, which made the fitting sessions very comfortable and relaxed. As promised, she called the day before I was scheduled to pick up my outfit and her fees were more than reasonable. I would, and have, recommended Ruth and Sew Neau to several friends and family members. Sew Neau is conveniently located in the West Park area of Cleveland, but the professionalism and expertise provided by Ruth is well worth the drive from any suburb surrounding Cleveland. Thank you Ruth and will be seeing you again soon.

Ruth is THE best. I had a very odd-fitting dress for a wedding and Ruth worked her magic to make it fit like a glove. She is also one of the most personable individuals I have ever met and I actually enjoyed going to my fittings.
