Loft is my favorite store, and This location is my favorite!! The two associates who helped me today with an issue were so amazingly helpful! They deserve a huge raise! Haha!! I highly recommend shopping at this location!
This is my favorite Loft store! Everyone who works here is very friendly and helpful, and management goes the extra mile to make sure that customers are happy. They also have a really great selection, better than other stores in the area.
I walked in, the sales people looked at me and turned around. They never said a word. I was going to ask for help because I was looking for a summer wardrobe change and a dress for a wedding. When I got zero acknowledgement I walked out. Why do retail sales people think they are so above everyone?
