Very nice guy. Came out was very polite very professional made sure the key and everything worked before he left. Called and told us when he was close was a very quick process and cheaper then everyone else including the dealership. They also came to me whereas the dearlership said i needed to tow the car in....

We accidentally locked ourselves out of our home the day after thanksgiving. Conner was sent to our location and we were inside snuggling with the dog within 5-10 minutes of him pulling up. He was very professional and kept in contact with us to update us on his arrival time as he was on his way. He was very courteous and explained what he was doing as he was doing it which put us at ease in this stressful moment. We are so grateful for how he was able to help us, and will exclusively use Advanced Lock and Key in the future should we need their services again due to this experience. Strongly recommend. I would recommend this company for business. The owner does stand behind his business. I called and scheduled a service call and the technician never showed. The owner called me and made it right. I can not fought him for the mishaps of his employees. He did his part by making it right and making sure that it does not happen again to another customer. Great customer service in the end.

I recently moved into a new house and contacted them after seeing the numerous positive reviews. Jim reached out to me immediately and scheduled an appointment within a few days to have someone come out and change my locks. ‘Key’ Kyle arrived and was personable, professional and knowledgeable. My locks were changed swiftly and efficiently for a very reasonable price. I’d definitely recommend their services and am saving the number should I never need their assistance again. 5/5.
