On March 8th I rented a storage unit. A guy by the name of Chad came and met me so I would feel comfortable because he had stated to me he doesn’t meet he only does things over the phone and on line! But like I stated he agreed to meet me and he did just that me and my husband put all of our things in storage because we are waiting on our home to be ready so we can move in. So on March 21st we needed something out of storage but we have been going to the storage unit every week since we put our things in there but March 21st we stop at the unit to only find that everything that we owned was gone completely gone this is very hard for us but when we called Chad he just said call the police. Me and my husband think that this very unprofessional that your running a business and something has happened at your place of business and you say to us I can’t come I’m out of town. Like wow this was truly a hit to us so I’m giving this place a bad rating I would not trust this place!!!

Marketplace Storage is by far the best around in all categories. They treated me like family and customer service was excellent. Most up to date and secure facilities around. I can say without hesitation that Marketplace Storage will always be my choice for all my storage needs!
Since coming under new ownership, I have been constantly impressed with the quality of service provided. Not only is it the best price around, but John and his team are quick to respond to any questions and go above and beyond anything I would expect. Five stars isn't enough for these guys!
