Great energy! Everything is so CLEAN! The trainers are doing an amazing job following COVID protocols. Trainers are extremely knowledgeable and supportive. The workout itself is great, I always leave feeling empowered! Best part is the other members cheering each other on throughout the workout!

When F45 opened, I participated in the 2 week trial period. The positive, supportive, and team atmosphere I experienced every time I walked in through the end of my workout was truly amazing. I am now an unlimited member and I attend around 5 classes a week. They are always organized and keep the workout areas clean and sanitized. The coaches are all great. They will push you and also help with any modifications as needed. I would greatly recommend working out at F45 in Beachwood, they are incredibly inclusive and make working out enjoyable!

I love F45 for so many reasons— the coaches are amazing, the facility is nice and clean, the workouts are challenging but fun, and the whole atmosphere there is so welcoming. I haven’t been a member for long but I can already feel a difference in my quality of sleep, metabolism, and I just feel stronger! This gym is a little out of my price range but I bit the bullet and signed up for this first month— so worth it.

I LOVE these workouts, have never left not dripping sweat. it is the perfect combination between strength and cardio. i just wish i lived closer, but still i make the 45 minute drive when i can!!

I have enjoyed a trial week at F45 Beachwood. The classes are fun and fast-paced and the coaches are energetic and motivating. The studio is very clean and bright. I like how every day is something different and challenging in a different way.
