i really, really love lifetime. it has such a luxury health club feel. the facilities are always clean, the staff is kind, there are plenty of ways to engage on your fitness journey, and i always feel great when i leave. i wish there was an indoor track, but all the other amenities make up for that!
I can’t say enough good things about this LT location...nnHaving worked out at +30 different locations around the country, this has become my favorite. Not only do they go to extreme effort in keeping the place clean and open even during challenging situations, the management team and staff have taken things to a whole other level during this current pandemic challenge. Thank you team for making such impressive efforts and doing so with class and friendliness that is rare to come by.
Not as upscale as you think. A $10 hold fee during the Pandemic is not cool and led me to cancel. At $84 with tax for a monthly membership with half the building closed doesn’t make sense
They DON'T REQUIRE MASKS when you're actively working out on a machine/weights. Which is probably the most IMPORTANT time to wear it considering everyone's huffing and puffing. What a total disgusting lack of regard for this pandemic and peoples lives. Will be cancelling my membership as will all my family and friends.
Used to love lIfetime, until they communicated really poorly regarding covid holds and hold fees. I checked in at regular intervals, did as I was instructed, and still found miscellaneous charges on my account. Not cool. No one wants to pay hold fees during a pandemic when we shouldn't be sweating together in enclosed spaces. BUH BYE
