I live in south Florida and train with a trainer regularly. I travel to Cleveland to visit family fequently and have trained at some places in the past, this visit I decided to try core fitness and I am so grateful I did. Dan trained me all week and he was awesome. He is knowledgeable, creative and he pushed me hard. I was so happy with his training I took my mother with me and now she will be training with Dan regularly. I am so happy that I have an amazing facility to workout at every time I go to Cleveland. The entire team of trainers are great! If you have not been to core fitness you are missing out.
