I got a very sweet deal for my Christmas get together. It was a 7lb Prime Rib roast,and the butcher was wonderful,he told me when I called,that it was on sale! Also I was making a cheese&meat tray,Dave in the Deli department waited on me. He was ever so helpful. On Christmas the roast was SPECTACULAR and everything was Scrumptious!!!

The BEST grocery store ever. Store is always clean and the staff is extremely lovely and kind people. The only grocery store I love to shop at. So many good products and awesome deals all the time.

The store is clean and tidy. They keep the shelves stocked, and I never have to ask where things are. The service there is great. The lead manager of produce (Dave) was truly helpful. If there were fruits that I didn't know about, he would tell me all about them and how they taste. He sure knew how to multi-task, because while he was telling me about how to pick out good strawberries, other customers and workers would come up to him for questions. Overall, my visit there was great for my Thanksgiving shopping. I will definitely shop there again.

I love this Heinens, everyone is so helpful and friendly. Yesterday I wanted some cubed butternut squash and I was told that they wouldn't have any until today..However the young man named Wally said that he would cut some for me. That was not a small thing for him to due. Then there's Sarah she always so helpful and friendly always brightens my day. The store always has the best of everything. I live in Shaker but go to Chagrin store a 2 or 3 times a month.

These are always the nicest people here. A couple of days ago, An employee lady saw my facial expressions and saw a questioning look on my face. She stopped in her tracks to ask if I was having any problem finding something. I let her know that I was fine... That I was a shopping addict and was only wondering what else to buy... We both had a good laugh.
