I am so tired of spending $25+ for one pizza, to realize they messed it up. I am limited to the pizza places I can order from, as I need a gluten free pizza and Upper Crust is one of the few places that has a decent option. I drive 20 min to pick it up every week, because the location near me closed. I literally type in the instructions for the toppings evvvvery week, “1/2 pineapple ham, 1/2 something else” and they STILL put all the toppings on the same side.

This place will absolutely not deliver. They have in the past, but I haven't been able to get a delivery in months. Somehow there's always some excuse. I get it, some places just don't deliver, but there seems to be a major breakdown in communication. It sucks waiting 2 hours for your food, thinking maybe they're just having a busy night just to call and find out your order never was going to be fulfilled in the first place.

Was having a pizza with my family and this guy walked in 8 minutes before close wanting to order chicken. When the restaurant explained that they shut the fryers off at 9 he got mad. In my opinion you should probably not be coming in to a restaurant in the last hour of operation since they want folks out by close so they can go home from a hard day at work.

Tasty cauliflower, crust pizza. Cut in a weird way. Hard to pick up and eat.

Jo-Jos were ok (great portion though), Pepperoni rolls were good, cheesy bread was lacking and filled up on that before trying the pizza hot. Learned pizza doesn't reheat to well and you have to use some sort of dipping sauce for the cheesy bread and the jo-jos.... will definitely get them again and reevaluate with hot pizza. Found the poll a bit.... intriguing as there are no parameters but are they better.
