Awesome staff, great classes!
They run a tight ship there!! What’s great about this location is all the community based engagement, events, challenges. You can make friends if you want or not. Most people are there to push and challenge themselves.nnThe team there makes the experience = great and fun. Shout out to Coach Evan, Manager Sam, and the rest of the squad. I love orange theory workouts because they are a full body work out. The coaches are so motivating and I always feel like a million dollars when I walk out of class. It’s perfect for anyone whether they are new to working out or a veteran.
I recently moved to Lakewood a few months ago. I’ve been searching for a gym that I liked or a workout class. Last week I took my first class at Orange Theory and I’M OBSESSED! I love the workouts and actually look forward to going to class each week, which is crazy since I workout for the most part at 5AM :) This studio specifically is wonderful with great coaches and staff. I love the variety of workouts that OTF provides and the group exercise atmosphere pushes me more than if I would do the workouts on my own. It is most definitely worth the monthly investment and I would recommend it to everyone of all fitness levels.
