Oddly enough it has pretzel crust is back all over their store when I go in they say they can't sell them.... Yet... I proceeded to ask what she means and then she says I mean we have them and we can make one for you but we just can't sell them to you.... I stand there for five more minutes because there's an awkward silence as in not knowing what to do next.. then she says she can go ask her manager and the manager screams it's not even on the menu.. but it is literally plastered on the front door of which entice me to make a U-turn and come in... So I'm expecting a free pizza the next time I'm in there because what the hell?!!!! There goes my dinner. :/
I waited 2 HOURS for my food to be made, let alone delivered. I have attempted to contact customer service about this and was hung up on 5 times without ever reaching a person. I then left a voicemail to be called back, and 4+ hours later still haven’t heard anything. The pizza was cold when it did eventually arrive. At this point I’m going to leave a negative review anywhere I can because obviously it’s the only way to get in touch with a human to help me out. This is ridiculous.
Food is good when its fresh but they always got young adult kids there that dont wash their hands or handle a business like a business
