Poor customer service!!nThe manager started yelling in the back kitchen when I wanted a fresh pizza to be made. I mean, I was only asking him TO DO HIS JOB!nCross University Hts little Caesars off your list and find better pizza elsewhere!!!

Stopped in for a pepperoni hot and ready... and it was hot, ready and made just right. Clean store and staff was nice.

I've long thought that Little Caesars was the best pizza for the money in the area. Not great pizza, but a value for the money. After my experience just now, I'm done and will never recommend this ever again. What happened tonight? Well, the delivery driver gave my pizza and crazy bread to someone else and gave me what appears to be a bag of corn chips. I've talked to several people in LC customer service and was told that the only option is to give me a refund, not to place and deliver a new order.nnI did not contract with DoorDash for a pizza, I contracted with Little Caesars for a pizza. Little Caesars gave my pizza to a DoorDash driver, and DoorDash failed Little Caesars in their obligation. In no way should this be my problem, but Little Caesars customer service is so bad that my only recourse is to wait for a refund and never buy another pizza from Little Caesars ever again.nnI still have no pizza. This has basically ruined my evening. I hope whoever got my pizza enjoyed it more than I've enjoyed looking at their bag of whatever it is on my porch.

Horrible experience and food!! The lack of Customer service is going to kill this store!! When I asked who was in charge he said his Mama... When I asked for her name to contact her and explain what happened he said he's not allowed to give that out lol ud83dude02 NEVER AGAIN!!!!
