I bought a duo membership with my mom because I'm looking for a new fitness home. Tonight was my first class, I did Pound! With Erin and it was AWESOME!!! I've never done anything like that but it was great and no matter what fitness level your at, you can do it!!! Can't wait for the next pound class and to try other classes.

The HIIT Factor is a great place to work! As a yoga professional, I appreciate how they are striving to provide the best experience possible. From dedicated, experienced instructors to a serene and inviting environment, practicing yoga here is like practicing in a studio, not a gym. It is a great compliment to the many fitness classes offered. There is such a great variety of classes! I highly recommend The HIIT Factor for your fitness and wellness needs!

As an instructor there, I am a part of a professional work environment with positive, accepting instructors that want to bring the best health the the community. Such a variety of services are offered they are too long to list. The greatest part is these are expert instructors teaching for very reasonable costs. Clean, and very covid cautious which I appreciate.
