It's an okay store but the pharmacy takes forever even if they aren't busy. It's ridiculous that it takes so long and I would suggest going elsewhere.
The wait time for one prescription is ridiculous one hour even when they aren't busy! No reason for that, that's why I normally use CVS in Columbia they do great whether it's one prescription or 3 or 4 within 15 no longer than 20 min tops. CVS in Campbellsville needs to get the lead out of their a**!
Don’t bother making the drive if it’s near closing time
The store staff are great. The pharmacist and pharmacy staff are rude. They refused to call insurance company to try to get pain medicine approved for my 14yr old who had just had surgery. I filed a complaint with the corporate office.
Each time I call my local pharmacy, I'm on hold for at least 5 minutes ,many times it's more than that. I have to call in my prescriptions on the day that they can be filled. And after all that it takes them longer than an hour to fill my prescriptions. This pharmacy is understaffed and unfriendly
