This place is honestly one of the best burger places I’ve ever been to. I don’t know how anyone could dislike this place. Every burger I’ve tried has been delicious! The onion rings are just to die for and now they have mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers! Their wings are also freaking perfect! The staff has informed me that they get them fresh and bread them in the restaurant themselves! The quality of their food is just phenomenal! They also have the best service in the world! They are a family run business and have so much care for everything they do! I love their staff as they are so knowledgeable and kind. This place is not one you would like to miss. Best burger place in Cleveland!

We were in Cleveland for a few days and this was easily the best food with the kindest people we encountered our entire trip. A family owned and operated place that takes true pride in their service; I had the fried chicken sandwich (the sautéed onions on it will have you wanting every fried chicken sandwich you ever have) and my husband had a burger. Absolutely delicious with the freshest of ingredients. Would definitely recommend for casual and delicious, fast dining

Really good. Probably the same cost of 5 guys but definitely a better burger. I actually got chicken in a lettuce wrap so there is something for everyone. There was beer and what not but we had lunch so I don’t know about the selection or cost. Service was great too. They bring the food right out to you. Bring a mask though. I didn’t see any plexiglass like some places have.

This place is great! The food is really good and super fast! My friends and I always come here when we are looking for a nice place to hangout and get some dinner! Plus the customer service is awesome and the family that owns the place is so sweet!(PS. All of the students at CIA love you guys!!!)

Wonderful first visit to BurgerIM.nnGreat fries and portions and the burger was cooked to specifications. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful making our first visit here a great time.nnKeep up the great job!
