This is the worst hair store ever.nI would never ever ever ever shopnThere again. I bought 7 packs of Crochet braiding hair for my daughter. I took her to the Beautician and she put the hair in and it looked like the hair had been in for several months.The hair snagged on everything and she ended up taking the hair out and I had to buy more. I tried bringing the hair back to the store. Showed them numerous pictures of how bad it looked and the said that there was nothing that they could do. I even asked for store credit if possible and they said no. They lady remembered exactly who I was when I came back. Because that’s the same lady that helped me pick out the hair. The older thin lady was very mean and had a very poor attitude when she told me no. That was my first and last time at that hair store. I would drive miles away before I purchase anything out that store again. Very bad customer service experience I’ve ever experienced in my life. My daughter hair looks beautiful now and I purchased her hair from Malik’s on Libby in Maple Heights. Very nice hair store and was very helpful. Great experience. US Hair you should be ashamed of yourselves.nNow you just lost a good paying customer and trust I’ll make sure everyone I’mnConnected with won’t ever buy out your store.

Love their wig selection! Tons of make-up, hair accessories and over selection of products.Fe Shalom comment does provide any useful tips about products. The store is in the forgotten politically, blighted East Cleveland so yes they follow because it a large store and the need to protect the products.

Well I can say this for the pass 17 yr I've done business with U.S. Hair not once did I leave with out what I came for and you talk about to the T, knows there product. Excellent 5 Start to do business with.
