I am not going to be petty and give the gym one start because it’s a very beautiful gym and I can tell the owner nick works hard to maintain this beautiful place but I will express my frustration. While working out at this gym I felt discriminated against by some of the members and staff. Never in my life have I ever felt this way in a fitness facility as a member or a fitness professional. I note the discrimination was only felt by 2 staff members other then that they have some of the kindness people here. I know the owner can’t control the behavior of its members but when you are from a more diverse city where everybody race is like family it’s easy to spot when somebody makes you feel like you don’t belong in a certain area. I truly had to leave because I have zero tolerance for this type of behavior.
Facilities are clean and well-kept. The Life Fitness treadmills are really nice. The classes are lead by some of the most energetic and motivating bunch, however, not a fan of Riley Tatonetti's passive teaching style where she just sits there and yells out directions without demonstrating moves. Also, I hope TAC checks class attendance more thoroughly because a few times I showed up and the room was full even though I had signed up for a spot. Overall, the community is friendly and parking is convenient.
Unbelievably great gym. I went there during my 2 years in Cleveland. Their cleanliness, towel service is unmatched. Gym equipment is the same everywhere other things makes this gym great. I miss Nick's sincere emails about gym rules and his personal effort to connect with his members. I miss you TAC.I'm living in a different city but you guys are the only thing I miss about Cleveland.
I love moving forward here.
I was here just for a photoshoot. Really nice gym tho. Id go here if i lived on that side of town.
