I am a diehard OTF fan, and I absolutely love the uptown location. The staff are very nice, and the coaches are great. They make getting up for a 615am workout worth it! Also Coach John's Playlist is ud83dudd25.
Terrible customer service and follow through. I would not recommend this particular facility.
Orangetheory workout is fast and fun with a challenging yet doable pace.
Good workout. Could be a bit more motivating though.
Friendly, fun energetic environment to get a great total body workout.
