Greener Home Services was simply WONDERFUL to deal with. I called for a emergency repair.. I had it fixed same day and at a reasonable price. Great Follow up and GREAT customer service. It is hard to find honest, reliable, reasonability priced, and competent home repair services. This is the place to call, I will be a repeat customer!

Called once and no callback-when I reached them she said she was at a conference and didn't get any messages. I felt that was a little unprofessional but I gave them a second chance and I called again with my info and waited for callback to further discuss the projects. And, they never called back. I don't trust them. I don't think they are going to be in business long. Such a shame because Cleveland needs this type of service.

Very professional and courteous answered all questions with knowledge of information and cleaned up all areas where work was done. Very satisfied would use them again and recommend to others
