3 1/2 hour wait 2 1/2 of that was after our appointment time. Other than that staff is nice, taxes prepared with guarantee.
I've sit here for going on 4 hours and the lady's response to me is if my last appointment don't show up then I'll get you but if the do I can't I'm too busy ice not even had a break today or lunch there extremely rude especially the fact that I have an appointment for today extremely rude I've never been treated so bad my life
