. My positive experience started with CSR on the phone, she was very professional and she understood what I wanted, other other place that I called ether did not answer or were just not interested in such a small job, blowing me off and then never calling me back. I was made to feel that my outlet install was important. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a very professional job. He was on time, and got the job done with minimal fuss. I now have a level 2 charger and my car is fully charged every morning when I get up, and go to work.
No return calls after several attempts to talk with someone about the project. Horrible customer service.
Called to schedule was rude on phone during initial setup showed up late and made every excuse why they could not hook up our generator
