Non-existent customer service. We were given the wrong drink. We went back and nicely explained. The employee started saying repeatedly that they wouldn't be taking my y drink back. No problem, I didn't ask them to and understand. Then she doesn't apologize for it. No common courtesy or customer service skills whatsoever. Again, the wrong drink was given. Not friendly the first time through either.
It's a McDonalds. ud83eudd37 Always a long line here. Guess we can't blame them for being busy. Seems to move quickly.
Fast, friendly service. A nice quick lunch for a large group of hungry kiddos. Happy meal smiles all around.
If they could get the orders right and put tartar sauce and no cheese on my fish sandwich I would give five stars! But I still love McDonald's food especially their French fries the best in the world!!
