Best Tractor Supply Distribution Center to deal with. Very efficient. Drivers can be in and out in half the time it takes at the other locations.
My bf was promised by his boss a permanent position. A lot of people got hired but not him. His boss told my bf they weren't hiring anymore people but he would talk to the head guy and see what he could do. They actually turned around and fired him. After 4 months... My bf is a good worker. He went everyday. Is it because he is black? I don't know... Pretty shady people to work for.
I work the weekend shift at the Franklin KY location and its VERY slow on Weekends... on Fridays, we get 6-7 trucks that take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours to unload which is okay because at least you're moving around most of the 12 hour shift but on Saturdays and Sundays, they get 2-3 if they're lucky, there's been some weekends that I have standed around the docking area for 8 hours straight with no trucks and if we did get a truck on one of those days, it took 20 minutes to unload. I'm not gonna complain too much because at least you get paid well for not too much work but sometimes you just want to sleep because of the extreme lack of work there is to do. This also depends on what position they put you in. I don't recommend Receiving on Weekends if you like moving around at least.

This is my husband's work it keeps posting on my timeline LOL but it is a great company to work for excellent pay and even better benefits they really know how to treat their employees like their actual people and not just a number on a time card
