I went this morning to the Franklin storage rentals of America. When I walked in I met Ashley the property manager of that location. She was very welcoming and patient with me. I had a million questions because I have never rented a storage place before. Ashley took the time to find out what I would be storing and then showed me a few units on the property and explain the difference between her outside units and ones inside. I told her I wasn't looking to rent right away but in the near future. She offered to make me a reservation but I explained to her that I wouldn't need it for a couple months. This property is clean and I believe would be a safe place to have my belongings seeing there's a gate with a keypad. Ashley also went over what the rent the Would be with the different units that I was intrested in ad explains all about insurance and different items she has to sell which could be helpful in an overwhelming time. She also explained how the prices may change in a couple months so I would not be caught off guard. I will definitely be renting here in the near future. If you come to this Franklin location see Ashley because she answered all my questions that I had. Thank you Ashley for making this move from my home of many years into a less stressful situation

The lady at the office was the only thing good about everything. They will quote you a price but have multiple hidden fees that are outrageous. Unless you wanna pay 100s of dollars for nothing I wouldn't recommend this company period!!

Rental was very quick and easy. The man I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and the ladies at the site were very nice and friendly!

I rented online at there call center. was given poor info. the unit was not climate controlled as i was told it was and it was smaller than I was told. It is not tractor trailer accessible. I did tell them I had a tractor trailer coming. Then I had to get different units. I was shown which to use and used it but when I got home realized it was not the unit on the contract. I had to move all my belongings to another unit because they made the error. No one in front office even district manager has a clue what is going on.
