This place turned me away because I am a disabled Veteran with a neck wound and could not wear a mask. The good people of Franklin deserve better. Close it downnMy son-in-law ordered pizzas for my granddaughters. When we went to pay for them and pick them up the manager told me to wear a mask. I informed him I am a disabled veteran with an underlying medical condition, he told me he could not serve me unless I put on a mask. I repeated myself and actually showed him the scar on my neck. He asked me to leave so I left. I feel this is a flagrant violation of the HIPAA law, and will seek legal advice first thing Monday morning. I will never buy a product from Pizza hut again and I intend to relate the incident to everyone I can reach out to on social media.
Just had my son's birthday party here!! The staff was great! The room was clean and ready for us. The food came right on time and everything was so reasonably priced. Will definitely use them for future gathering!!
There was a sweet little lady that was just so nice and she has been the best pizza delivery person I’ve ever met I’m sad I didn’t catch her name ☺ufe0f
Waited on hold for 15 minutes only to be told they were doing pickup only because it was 30 minutes till close ....Go figure.
