Its in the name McDonald's what a great name but the service and food quality isn't so hot anymore. Seems that its lost some of its magic like a Big mac not so big and not so tasty. Over all at this McDonald's wasn't that bad food service and handling could be a lot better presentation after opening the box.. Total train wreck.

Read the item I wanted (Iced Peppermint Mocha) directly off of the menu in front of me at the drive through and they told me it wasn’t something they offered. Even the app (pictured) shows that you offer it. Either learn your products or don’t advertise something you don’t sell.nnMuch prefer the Western Ave location over this one (Bridge Street. )

I love their breakfast and sweet tea. Their regular food is okay, but I mainly go there for sweet tea.

This was the third time in a couple of months that we have gone through the same McDonald's drive thru and the customer service was disappointing!!! When something as simple as saying to the server at the window that we had asked for chocolate milk instead of white milk and then being told very rudely that the order said white, and it causes a problem, then there is a problem!!! We just said to the server that we would take the white milk and add our own syrup when we get home. I understand completely that nothing is going to be perfect every day, and everyone is entitled to a bad day, but recently it seems that this McDonald's has a bad day EVERY day!!!

Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes, and nobody took our order. So went inside to order, and stood for 10 more minutes before someone took my order. Then get the food, and it's cold, and soggy fries. It's usually pretty decent there. So I don't know what was going on today.
