This building needs some major attention. The state of the bathrooms were atrocious. Not up to the standards of other Pilot's we have stopped at before.
I guess it’s her conversation with somebody was more important then to finish cleaning up the pile of dirt I had to walk through to get to the restroom...and she was still chatting it up when I can back out...nUpdate 2/28/20nBack again and the place is still dirty as a month ago!! Also dryer out of order yet...Guessing this place needs now management! Definitely not up to Pilots standards...
Shame on you. After filling up I assumed a large franchise with trucker showers would have decent bathrooms. Truly nasty. Unflushed toilets, pee on seats, tp and sanitary wrappers on the floor and the smell of pee. Nasty without covid, horrifying with covid. I shudder to think about the men’s rooms and the poor truckers. July 2nd 4 pm. Stay away.
This is the worst pilot I’ve ever been to. Wendy’s takes forever. Everyone’s slow doesn’t care. One kid walked out cursed out customers and quit never seen anything like it before horrible
The two women cashiers helped me out so much. I came into the store experiencing a horrible UTI. While the store didn't have any AZO, the women here went out of their way to help and give me tips to take care of it. After about an hour, I was feeling so much better. I think I can actually make it through my 8 hour drive with no problems or pain now! They really care about their customers and professional drivers. I truly appreciate their help. ♡
