The newly rebuilt Mapco Express will not fair well with the mature folks of Franklin, Ky if they will not keep the receipt paper loaded in their pumps.nThis is my last time doing business with this Mapco and this is where I live.nSorry folks, but business is business.

Tiny/cramped storefront. A lot of times the building will be locked down for 'shift change' for 30 minutes or more. Until recently it was always very dirty, which I assumed was due to the ancient building, but with Shelby back and keeping things cleaned, you can tell a world of difference. Can't wait for the new building for more space. Gas prices are always one of the lowest prices which is great, then add on the rewards, it helps even out the tiny space.

I just went in at 6:30a.m. after working 3rd shift and the young cashier was gossiping w a Male and female and when I paid I asked to lay my stuff down(mind you I had told them I walked there. About 4 miles n said I'm scratching the lottery ticket and will be on my way. The cashier said no mam you need to leave just so they could gossip. ..typical lazy no good. I won't be back they looked cracked out anyway

Great store personal if your a little aggravated, paying for gas with change (including pennies), or stuttering they don't look at you like your stupid. Very honest and friendly service. The store is a little run down, but don't let that fool you. Thank you to the store personal for the service you provide. Now if the owner(s) would spend some of their money fixing the appearance of this store it would be nice. 5 stars for store personal and 1 star for store appearance.
