Excellent customer service! Misplaced my power adapter for my turntable and customer service was quick to help locate a new one for me. Their portable models are amazing when you move often but still want to take your vinyls with you.
Purchased Crosley 1975T Entertainment System for Georgia home May 8, 2020. Moved to GA July 6 2020 finally got the chance to use the CD player-System. CD played jammed and stopped working July 27, 2020. Unit under warranty. Called and got no answer in July. emailed per Crosley's request. EACH reply took approximately 2 to 2 1/2 weeks which always prompted a response which I replied to straight away and then would have to further wait. They requested I turn off the unit and I did straight away and it SHUT THE WHOLE UNIT DOWN. Replied immediately - twice. and waited. several emails later - Sept 15 replied to their email asking if I would like to proceed with the process of fixing unit! Are you serious? What have we been discussing since July 27, 2020. I called Sept 15 and talked to a nice person who said after unit received would take another 3 weeks before a new or repaired unit would be shipped. Their email to me on sending back the unit makes like it's my fault not Crosley's for making a worthless product. This has been a nightmare!
Top-notch customer service! They will work with you until you're satisfied. I had a a problem with a product that was delivered that was not Crosley's fault, yet they went over and beyond to replace a lost item. Excellent products, excellent customer service. I love this brand!
most loads takes 4 to 5 hours to loading very slow shipping lunch time more than 1 and half hour totally disgusting place
