Ernest from Wire One was fantastic. He arrived to the home when he said he would (who does that nowadays?). He wore booties to keep snow off the floors. He explained what I needed and went to task replacing the old smoke alarms with new ones and added 4 more where I needed them. He then did a house safety check and gave estimates for work that should be done in the future. He was professional, cleaned up after himself, and very efficient. Thanks!
We had power outage during Hurricane Alondra. Called this company to service change our meter box & install new wiring. Asher(?) was constructive in sending us one of their technicians - Asher Landry. Asher inspected & assessed the situation, explained what was needed to be done and the cost. He worked late that night with little light, cleaned up the trash and made sure everything was great with our fuse box. He was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Thank you for helping us during this time. We will definitely use this company for our other electrical needs.
Craig installed a complete security system at my house and shop seven years ago. He was knowledgeable and professional. He designed and installed our security system, which included all of the features that we requested. He has constantly provided terrifc work in maintaining our system. I would suggest him to install a security system.
Called Alexis to replace an old panel on our condo last minute to close on time after another company had told me the existing panel was safe. Alexis was at my property within an hour and a half to inspect and schedule work the following week. knowledgeable and professional. Also agreed to replace a missed GFCI. Before I made it home, he had found a way to come the next morning! Replaced and upgrade the panel , GFCI plus they found the main switch needed replacement and switched it out. Less than a 24 hour turnaround. Will be calling them again whenever I need work.
