From my first appointment to get an estimate, my experience was great. I received two other quotes but felt the most comfortable with Reliable. Prices are reasonable and major piece of mind with how the job will be done. My installers were amazing as well. They were able to do a great job while dealing with my chaotic house of meltdowns and toddler energy. I will not go anywhere else with my business!

We have used Reliable Electric for our business on a few different occasions. We just had Mike & Emily do some work at our facility a couple of days ago and they were really great. There was no disruption to our business operations at all, so we were able to be open as normal without our guests even knowing we were having electrical work done on our facility. We will always continue to use Reliable Electric anytime we have electrical needs!

2020 Update on Second time I called Reliable: Jeremy and Lucas replaced the panel with new 200 amp service. They were very efficient and polite. A couple days later Justin did a follow up call on a bad outlet that I had wired myself. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was very helpful explaining what he was doing. Cost was reasonable. They were all ok wearing a mask in the house which i really appreciated.nn________________________________________________nnOriginal Review - The office staff that answered my call was helpful and friendly. They were able to send out a technician the next day to solve a problem that was not an emergency. Matt Combs was the service tech. He called early to give me a window of when he would arrive. He was on time, courteous and efficient. He diagnosed my problem quickly and had everything in his truck needed to fixed it. He worked outside on a very cold day and was cheerful the whole time. The cost was reasonable and I would definitely call them again for future work.

Both the employee who came to give me an estimate and the two employees who did the work later were very professional, knowledgeable and not shy to advise me (which I needed). The work appears well done and I am very pleased with the results. The company was very busy and it took about 5 weeks to get the work done (2 for estimate and 3 after). Would have been nice to get it done earlier but it wasn't an emergency. I don't know if the price was fair as I did not get a second estimate. Might have gotten it cheaper but I'm glad I used Reliable and will do so again.

I scheduled Reliable Electric for multiple electric projects in one visit. Paul and Justin arrived on time, we discussed the projects, and they went straight to work, checking off each project properly in a timely fashion with attention to detail, They went the extra mile to make some adjustments so that installations looked perfect. They also corrected some known problems from past workers, making the house safer again. I highly recommend Reliable Electric and the team of Paul & Justin and I have already scheduled them for my next electric project.
