This Pilot is clean, fully stocked and has great workers that are friendly, professional and kind. As a truck driver who has been on the road for more than 40 days straight since the pandemic hit it's great to go into a truck stop were you are valued and treated with respect. I want to give a special thank you to Ty, Victoria and James for there Great customer service, professionalism and kindness. You made my stay at your Pilot nothing short of Amazing. I will definitely be back and will tell my trucker buddies.
Best darn Bacon Cheese baked potatoes you ever tasted and they're red hot when you get them yum yum my favorite.of course they have a little of anything you want.i will be shopping here regularly
It's 6pm on a Saturday night. 4 people working in the Wendy's here. They have no salads made and 2 baked potatoes left. And the best part, the chilli won't be ready for 3 to 4 more hours.nThe service is horrible. Even if ur training someone new or someone called out there is no excuse for being out of everything especially at a peak time of night.
Terrible experience, at what could have potential to be a pleasant truck stop. Bathrooms needed attention, and CSR has a terrible vocabulary of vulgar words towards Pilot products and to me as a customer. When all I did was use the bathroom and purchased a few large plastic cups. This stop needs to do better. And keep clean!
New people in Wendy's, went in to store , ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers , got out to truck and looked in bag, one burger that looked like it was thrown in there halfway out of wrapper, and one medium fries. Went back in to store and explained to them that I ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers and a medium fry. The manager stood over the guy making the food and still no bacon. What is going on here?? Already waited 20 minutes for the food. And now all this.. service is piss poor..
