Black owned gym. Small crowd great atmosphere. I go here 3 times per week
I love it. Peaceful and accommodating staff
Been going there for years and I love it. Awesome atmosphere and the people there are really knowledgeable about any type of fitness, strength training, bodybuilding, all around health, you name it. They are all current or retired bodybuilders if I'm not mistaken, and offer personal training. Plus it's never crowded so I never have to wait to use a certain machine or bench.
Fun place to workout!
Love this place! My boyfriend and I both work out here, and wouldn't pick another gym over it!
