Yesterday I made the decision to never go back to this location, after being told they were out of cold brew for the 1290380298th time. This location is so strange, always out of cold brew, always randomly closed with no warning. I'll be sad, because the ONLY reason I drove to this location was because of Alex!! He's the best!!nnBut anyway, off to Indian Ripple for me, where they are always open, and never out of cold brew... The Wilmington Pike location needs better management. Get it together, you're a corporate store, why the heck are you always out of cold brew? You literally have one job, and that is to sell coffee....

If you want to be the fourth car in line and still have to wait almost half an hour for one drink be my guest. I usually go to the Starbucks on 48 because the line can be wrapped around the building and I would still get my drink faster than this one. But for some reason the one on 48 has been closed on the weekends and changing their hours so I have to come to this one to get my coffee. I am getting so tired of the awful service and having to wait so long for a drink when they aren't at their busiest that I am about to take my business to Dunkin. Management needs to correct whatever system they have because it is obviously not working.

Staff was friendly, cheerfully and very efficient. Drinks perfect and well worth the cost. Cafe was clean and organized.

Just ordered a large iced coffee with a bit of sweet cream. They gave me a iced chai drink. No big deal. Except for I’m severely allergic to chai. Currently on my way from Starbucks to hospital, as I’m having difficulty breathing after one sip..... no label on my cup at all to assure accuracy. This $4 coffee, is going to cost me a lot more now! Thanks!!!!

This location never seems to be open. If you really want Starbucks, do not try to come to this one, because you might be disappointed. But definitely pick another Starbucks.
