Great people and a really nice place to store and keep your valuables

This is THE WORST storage facility we've ever used. We have had issues with birds and water getting into our unit. On two different occasions my husband and I reported the problems with the unit. The first time they told my husband that they couldn't find a problem. The next time I went and they said they couldn't find a problem but couldn't do any work on the unit anyway without us removing all our belongings. They suggested we move our things and put it in another unit but because a unit exactly like ours was not available , we would have to upgrade and cover the cost. They reminded me that we didn't insure our unit with them and suggested that if we found damages DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE and failure to maintain the property they would not replace our belongings. And if that's not bad enough they WOULD NOT give me the name of the owner of the property. Yeah, it's cheaper than some of the other units in town. But you get what you pay for. It's a scabby joint with a scabby landlord that does not care about maintaining a proper storage for your belongings. So we are moving out and we have decided to make sure and spread the word about this shady business. Honestly, who tells their employees not to give out their name and contact info unless they know in advance that they do not intend to offer up paying customers a reputable , good service. Shame on them for being so dirty!

Priced very reasonable.

Only allowed to use facilities from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., it is the cheapest in town however water can get into every outside unit! :( DO not recommend
