Customer service outstanding !!!!! Louisenknows her business. Great place to rent a uhaul or storage unit . Just pleased with the time spent with us & the care for the customer. Love this place !!!
Loved It
This place is unprofessional. They have a trash unit. There is no sign saying you can't use this. Then they call you and when you're unable they go on Facebook and send you a very rude and unprofessional message. That's ridiculous. Then they're buildings are built correctly and leak.
I can't say enough good things about Dawn! She is so friendly and professional! I was having a horrible experience renting a uhaul from a Louisville location and called Dawn to see if she had anything available so I could avoid Louisville. Even though she didn't she did everything she could to help me! She made my day so much better with her amazing attitude! Thank you so much for all of your help Dawn!!
Excellent place to store your items or rent a u-haul. Louise and the staff have been great and easy to work with. Highly recommended.
