During this pandemic hand sanitizers and napkins always don't work or empty , also they use low quality. (I will remove my review once they fix this issue).
I do not think I care to do business anywhere that takes advantage of the disabled and or elderly.
I recently moved to a different state and in all the chaos I forgot to cancel my gym membership! I called to cancel over the phone, obviously since I don't live in Ohio anymore, and they will not let you cancel over the phone. They said I could send a handwritten letter and cancel through mail and that was my only option besides driving six hours back to Ohio to cancel a gym membership. Very poor customer service.
This gym does not follow any covid rules! No one has there masks on and does not enforce it.
