Amazing experience since the first day. We are new to boxing, and the staff took the time to walk us through basic steps and necessary equipment. They know us by name when we come in for a class and are always positive and welcoming. Thank you for all you do!
My two boys join title boxing couple days ago and love the place. Alex is great guy he make it fun and he is very patient with my boys teaching them boxing. I just want to say thank you Alex!!!
I edited my original 1 star review after my credit card was charged without my authorization.nnFirst, Alex does an amazing job at this facility. He is polite, respectful, helpful, and provides fantastic motivation during workouts. If Alex owned this facility, my rating would be 5 stars without any hesitation. If I owned a service business, Alex is exactly the kind of person that I would hire without a question.nnThat said, the owners have a lot to learn in regard to how they treat their customers. My wife and I both gave this facility written notification to cancel my family's membership multiple times (well in excess of 30 days prior to the end of our 1 year pre-paid membership expiring). The facility acknowledged receipt of that notice. But, instead of cancelling our membership, they continued to charge our card without authorization.nnAfter additional messages (and reviews) were posted about the situation, Alex stepped up and made things right. He then called to notify me how he had fixed things. I really appreciate him reaching out and handling things properly.
Staff is super friendly and the energy is great. Alex was super helpful and encouraging. It's hard but the challenge is worth it and you're not in it alone.
Amazing gym! Before joining Title I was overweight and hated to workout. No matter what I tried (treadmill, etc.), I would always give up after a couple of weeks. Title's boxing classes make working out fun, and it's also the hardest workout I've ever done consistently. I walk out of there drenched in sweat most days! 3 months in and I've already lost 35 pounds. All of the trainers there are amazing, but a special thank you to Alex and Daniel! They make every class intense, fun and motivate me to push harder than I did the day before. I can't say enough good things about Title Westerville
