What started as a good experience turned into an awful one working with Don Meeks. We test drove two cars and decided to move forward with purchasing one of the vehicles.nnWe negotiate a price and as the paperwork is being completed, Don realizes he’s completing paperwork for the wrong car. We were clear on which vehicle we wanted to purchase. Well Don shares the error with his boss, comes back and says we have to start over.nnIt happens I guess. What SHOULDN’T have happened was the attitude from Don (over his error) and his blame on us for not reminding him which vehicle we wanted to purchase. His lack of attention to detail, play of the blame game and the shift in attitude is completely unacceptable. Own the mistake and do better.
Went here looking for a cheap used car and received excellent, friendly, knowledgable, prompt service. Having been a lifelong Roush customer I expected no less. Prices were fair and the advantage of buying from Roush is you know you're never getting a lemon. Five stars and definitely recommended.
Don Meeks met every need of satisfaction there is possible! He answered every question and was there every step of the way!!! Please if you head to Roush please ask for Don Meeks!!! YAAAAYYY. go DON!!!
I worked with Jim Hedges to get a car and he was very helpful. He worked with me via email for a few days and made it an easy process for me to get a car. I would definitely recommend using this lot if you are looking for quality used cars. I didn’t feel pushed to buy and he informed me of the car’s history which I really appreciated.
