I have loved this location for a couple of years now but this morning I ordered my usual hot chocolate with 5 pumps of raspberry and was shocked! This drink in the past and at other locations is $3.65. Today, however it was $6.15! Much to my surprise Brooklyn told me she’s been trained to charge $.50 per pump. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Leonard, who in turn spoke with Chris, who oversees this and was told this is correct. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from here again. I’m posting this so you will be aware.

Jenny and Samantha (a trainee) we’re very friendly and polite. Took and made orders in a timely manner while being fun and upbeat. Would recommend
I went in this morning on my way to work. I had 3 ladies in front of me, all with multiple drink orders, then myself, ordering 5 drinks and a line quickly forming behind me. Jim was working all on his own. I was very impressed with how professional and quickly he handled all of the orders. I would have cracked under pressure.
