Mr Kirk proposed a good price to paint our home and was available to get started right away, however when he came over to pick up 50% deposit ($2,500 cash) he was very unprofessional by discussing his desire for companionship since his wife was out of town in front of my wife. I moved forward as we wanted to get the project completed and it was a good price. We specifically instructed that we did not want the trim sprayed but he came out the next day and spray painted the trim, overspraying paint onto our windows and roofing shingles. We confronted him regarding our previous discussion and halted the project. He refused to refund any of our deposit and never returned.

Mark did a wonderful job. He painted our great room, loft and two hallways. He was on time, polite and friendly. He finished the job within his estimated time frame. We have had multiple compliments on his paint job and I would highly recommend him.

I hired Kirk's Painting to paint the interior of my house. The job included bedrooms, bathrooms, my kitchen and family room. He did a great job. I couldn't be happier. He was professional, honest, timely and reasonably priced. If you need a painter, I would highly recommend this company.

We hired Kirk’s Painting to paint the exterior of our home a week ago. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had working with a contractor. First off, they were to replace a few pieces of wood at the top of my house. Mark purchased wood but my neighbor who is a professional home builder let us know that the type of wood he purchased wouldn’t hold up as it is not the type of wood that should be used on home exterior. We asked Mark to please return it and get the correct wood. He stated he was “just trying to save” us “money” but would get the wood we requested for additional cost. No, it was more like he was trying to cut corners to pocket more profit. I don’t mind paying for the job to be done correctly. This should have been the first red flag. They were hired and paid in full to paint our trim, gutters and shutters. Our home had a dark colored trim but I chose a lighter color for the new paint. They only applied one coat of paint and the dark color is showing through. When I asked Mark to return to complete the job he refused and acted very unprofessional and down right nasty. Beware hiring this company as they don’t complete their work and may show up to your home smelling like marijuana. I urge you to do your research before hiring, they have a poor Better Business Bureau score which will be even lower once my complaint goes through. I would expect the owner of a business to acknowledge that they didn’t complete the job and offer to make it right but instead Mark sent text messages stating he’s not going to return and “LMFAO” in response to my requests to complete the job. He also called me a b*tch. If a supposed professional business owner thinks it’s acceptable to refuse to complete work and use the acronym “LMFAO” and call someone a b*tch in response to customer is the right way to do business then perhaps they shouldn’t be in business. If you do decide to take a risk working with this company I would advise to get a full contract in writing and offer no form of payment until the work is complete. We were completely ripped off and I want half of my money back because only half of the job was done. This company is a low level poor quality excuse of a business, you get what you pay for (or in our case, you don’t).
