I was moving out of a condo and called Ravemor a few days before I had to leave. My date to leave had been moved up. They not only accommodated my time and date but the work was excellent. They went above and beyond to do a great job. The staff was courteous and polite and arrived the time they said they would. I would highly recommend this company.

My husband and I hired this company to replace some windows in our home last summer. We were selling the house and during the inspection we were asked to replace the windows panes, one of which was in our laundry room above our washer and dryer. Our washer and dryer were expensive, and only a year old at the time. The technician from Ravemor (who was a large man) who worked on the window decided to climb on top of our dryer to replace the window, not once but twice, and completely dented the top of our new dryer in multiple places. I complained while they were still there, and I was told that it would not be a problem, they took several pictures and I was told that the dryer would definitely be fixed. My husband then spoke to multiple people within the company including the owner, and they told us they did order the replacement part and would be fixing the dryer once we moved, which they were aware it would be about 4-5 months later as our dryer would be in storage for several months. They were very responsive initially, however, as soon as we moved and my husband contacted them to get the dryer fixed they completely ignored all of his calls and emails. One time he called Heather (I think that was her name) and she accidentally answered, not realizing it was my husband, and so she said she would check the status and then never called him back. It has been 7 months and they never returned our calls or replaced our dryer top, and I honestly don't think they ever intended to, they got our money and that's all they cared about. This is customer service at its very worst. As for feedback about the actual quality of their work... they measured one of the windows wrong so when they came to install them they couldn't install one, and had to remake it and come back at a later date, which meant I had to take two days off of work instead of one for installation, at a time when we were preparing to move and I already was having to take multiple days off of work. I would definitely NOT recommend this company, unless you want poor quality work, poor quality customer service, and damaged possessions.

This is not a trusted company!!! They scheduled an appt with me yesterday, August 20 for mold removal and ceiling repair. They called at noon, and said they would be here by 2p. They NEVER showed up. No calls, no information.... complete no show. This company was a referral from Central Park, an ardent community in gahanna. If You schedule w this company, they will not show up.

Amazing quality of work, responsive, friendly staff. They came to my home to replace ceiling dry wall above my stairway in the entry. I pushed down a 4 x 12 piece from above. The area is difficult to reach in a very bright space. When finished, it was impossible to see any seams. I really looked for them!! I have also used them for painting work. They are very thorough and reasonably priced. Thanks guys!
