I had a terrible experience with this company sending an incorrect order. When I called, I dealt with the owner who was so rude he asked during the conversation why I bought from his company and then asked me not to buy from there again. I simply called to ask why the item I received was not correct and from the moment I called the experience went downhill. I did receive a call back from another individual who helped resolve my order but the owner placed a note in my account and placed full responsibility on me for how the interaction went and took zero responsibility himself. I told the owner I planned to submit a negative review and he told me he didn't care and that reviews don't make a difference. This was one of the worst online experiences I have ever had with a company and I would NOT recommend doing business with them!
I accidentally ordered the wrong red dot mount and i called to change it and they made sure I got the right one for my firearm and changed the order for me. Great customer service and they're very knowledgeable about what they sell. I'll definitely be doing business with them in the future.
For anything related to competition shooting or shooting in general. Shooters Connection is always my first go to because they have the best prices and insanely good customer service. I have made orders and have them call me asking questions and offering advice as they are also competition shooters. Couldn't ask for a better representative for the competition shooting world and am proud to tell everyone I meet how great they are.
Phenomenal store! I can’t say enough about their customer service. I called due to a shipping issue on the UPS end of things and they promptly got a hold of them and fixed it. They have a great selection and great prices. My new go to for my competition shooting supplies!
Excellent service, immediate shipping, great and fair prices. Products that are hard to find elsewhere. As Patrick noted they do not cancel orders (which I certainly understand from their super fast service). Check everything before you click the final buy button and all will be well. I thank them for 2 of the best guns I have ever at a price I could afford, others had them but were charging scalpers prices.
