Be wary of this place.As long as you pay your bill on time every month via auto-pay you will be fine. If you get Covid-19 or anything like complete kidney failure and need to spend time in a hospital this company will take a lien out on your unit and sell it to the highest bidder. Also another warning, If you think you might need to talk to a manager dont get discouraged when you call for weeks only to get the call center.
Today Sept. 27 2020 went to my storage unit that I've had the last 1 and 1/2 years my lock was missing /replaced with another lock. I'm unsure of outcome. Bill has been paid entire time. I'm extremely angry. I'm moving finally, possibly my entire home furnishings may be gone. I'm sick to my stomach right now, waiting for them to open tomorrow at 9am. This should never happen to anyone ever!
They have no cameras. Limited management on premises and frequent break ins. DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS WITH THEM.

Spent forty dollars never got what I paid for, then given every excuse for not refundinding my money all folks should look elsewhere for their storage needs. US marine veteran.
